Standard Warranty
Atahfer provides 1 year product manufacturer’s warranty from the date of shipment from Atahfer to the customers. For any non-conformance or defects caused by Atahfer’s manufacturing processes, Atahfer will provide repair or replacement without labor and material charges.
- DOA Service (Dead On Arrival)
For quality issues caused by non-human factors in 30 days after customers received the goods, customers ship the goods to Atahfer for repair service. Round trip ship cost will be taken by Atahfer. It usually takes for 7-15 working days for this, transportation time excluded.- RMA Service (Return Merchandise Authorization)
For quality issues caused by non-human factors in 12 months after customers received the goods, customers ship the defective goods to Atahfer for repair. Atahfer will pay for the returning shipping fee after the maintenance service is finished, which will usually takes for 7-15 working days, transportation time excluded.We offer life-long maintenance service for all the customers, if the products are out of warranty time, customers only need to pay a limited charge for the service according to the agreement of both parties.DOA: The round trip shipping cost is at Atahfer’s expenseRMA: Customers ship the goods to Atahfer factory with freight on them, and Atahfer will send back the goods after the maintenance with freight paid by us.To be determined by customers and Atahfer salesmen after their negotiation.
